Do you remember back when you first began listening to the broadcast or first began receiving the literature, when you first began to come to an awareness that God was working in your life in a personal way? And God was dealing with you and bring you to an understanding of certain things and you came to a point of being convicted of Gods truth and you began making changes in your life, maybe you quit working on Saturday or you quit eating unclean foods or you quit celebrating Christmas? You know we all have certain memories, one of my very vivid memories is the first Christmas I did not keep and we made changes in our life based on the fact of conviction as to what Gods word said… …

About Herbert W Armstrong

Herbert W. Armstrong (July 31, 1892 – January 16, 1986) founded the Worldwide Church of God in the late 1930s, as well as Ambassador College in 1946, and was an early pioneer of radio and tele-evangelism, originally taking to the airwaves in the 1930s from Eugene, Oregon. Mr. Armstrong preached an eclectic set of theological doctrines and teachings that came directly from the Bible. His teachings included the interpretation of biblical prophecy and taught observance of God’s Laws, Sabbath (Saturday), and the Biblical “Holy Days”.
